Responsibilities

  • Management of Accounting and Financial Affairs:
  • Record and control financial documents in accordance with accounting standards
  • Conduct reconciliation processes and account matching
  • Prepare and present financial, accounting, and management reports
  • Tax and Insurance Management:
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and quarterly purchase and sales reports
  • Manage tax processes and ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Handle and record employee insurance matters and follow up on related issues
  • Financial Analysis and Cost Control:
  • Calculate the cost of goods sold and perform profit and loss analysis
  • Prepare and implement annual and monthly budgets
  • Monitor cash flows and control costs to optimize finances
  • Proficiency in Financial Systems and Accounting Software:
  • Familiarity and experience with accounting software like Sepidar, Tadbir, and Royan
  • Proficient in Excel and financial analytical tools
  • Familiarity with the tax payer system and related laws

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and standards and the ability to apply them in operational environments
  • Ability to prepare, organize, and analyze financial and accounting reports accurately and thoroughly, including managerial, tax, and seasonal reports
  • Expertise in using accounting software such as Sepidar, Tadbir, Royan, and other related systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, particularly in financial data analysis and building financial models
  • Familiarity with and mastery of tax processes, preparing and submitting tax returns and quarterly purchase and sales reports, and handling tax issues in the tax payer system
  • Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to accurately calculate cost of goods sold, profit, and loss
  • Ability to plan and implement annual and monthly budgets and monitor their alignment with financial goals
  • Skills in monitoring cash flows and controlling costs to achieve financial optimization
  • Ability to conduct reconciliation and account matching processes and resolve financial discrepancies
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously with precision and within set deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with different departments and provide financial advice
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in performing financial tasks
  • Effective time management and task prioritization for efficiency and productivity

Experiences

  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience in accounting or financial management is required.
